Arnav gets annoyed on seeing a gift card in Khushis drawer given by Shyam. They warns Khushi to stay away from him to keep away from making a scene in front of everyone. The grooms relatives taunts the brides relatives for arranging the sangeet in Madhumatis small house. Khushi tries to manage the situation but is unable to. Arnav tells her to stay out of it & finds out that the groom works in his company. They fires him from work for not defending the brides relatives while his relatives criticize the arrangements.After seeing Arnav fixing the generator, Madhumatis neighbours ask Arnav to repair their household appliances.
